Alternative Copy Protection Coming

Unread postby Malicen » 15 Apr 2006, 09:37

With copy protection or without copy protection someone will crack this game and you'll be able to download it anywhere. So I guess they could save themselves a lot of money and just leave the damn protection out. Fans will buy the game, the others won't and will play cracked version. I saw a game recently without copy protection that had just "Please buy this game if you like it". So they saved themselves some money...

Alternative Copy Protection Coming

So for all of you complaining about SF, and now about Secu, what copy protection would you like Ubi to use? No copy protection is not an option (if it were, then when Ubi dropped SF, they wouldn't have chosen to use Secu).

Notice that the people still complaining want no protection.
