Halloween in Heroes Kingdoms

Unread postby Kalah » 31 Oct 2011, 12:39

The latest news from the web browser game <i>Heroes Kingdoms</i> is one of cartoonish character: the apparent <a href="/http://mightandmagicheroeskingdoms.ubi. ... earance</a> of Halloween creatures.

<i>"Beware honorable lords! Scouts have spotted wandering ghosts on the plains of Ashan. No one knows where they came from. All we know is that they’re terrorizing our men and women and frighten everybody who is unfortunately enough to cross their path.

(...) you should not hesitate to go fight these ghoulish creatures. They're said to be accompanied by Centaurs and Hydras. Surely any hero slaying such beasts would be rewarded with great gifts (...)"</i>

The message is also one of swift action; these creatures appear to be a limited-time option only:

<i>"As quickly as these ghosts may have arrived, they may not stay in our lands forever."</i>

They did this last year- and there were "pumpkin head" artifacts that you could only get from wandering ghosts.
Unfortunately, things seem to have goofed up in this year's implementation.
