MM6 MOD - charecter edition!

Here are final edition of MM6 playable charecters - PAY ATTENSION TO THEM!

There is last chance to change them before I started to create face animations!

Remember - YOU WILL PLAY WITH THIS CHARECTERS!!!

I find most of them rather pretty. So I want you to decide if there are something wrong with them!!!
Each charecter has got it's own number - males 1-6, females 7-12.

If you do not like something - write here! And if there will be many posts - I'll change appearance!

EXAMPLES:
1 - everything is quite well but he do not have hair, and eye slant is too high.
3 - need to have short hair instead of long, make face more brutal.

4 looks like a girl. Maybe he's a flamer?? ..or transvestite?
That's good though; ..could wear both male and female only items; if they exist!

10 looks like I would constantly give her a cure disease potion.

11 looks like she belongs in a beauty salon and would never where a helmet; course her hair could actually give her an armour class!

I didn't mind the faces in MM6 much anyway. It's really secondary to the game.

Althought I love MnM6 as a game , the original faces
are..ugly and funny, so for me is welcome a mod that
changes the look of chars!
I like all of em, are pretty good, only 10-11 I think can be
better. I supose mod will have new paper dolls also?

So that's for the project developed by you and BDJ? Don't take offense, but until now I wanted to download this mod. Now I'll never play it for the same reasons I never played your Maestro mod.

Not that your models are ugly, but really, in neither Might and magic 6 and 7 it is needed to replace the old characters. You have a different style. It is really noticeable that your characters actually are 3D models. Plus most of them really don't have a "medieval" look - I find they have a modern hairstyle and overused make-ups.

Most of them look nice.
1 - eyes are too narrow.
4 - girlish
5 - don't like his haircut
10 - too yellow
11 - unnaturally ugly. Looks like she's been in an accident and her face was remade from pieces by doctors.

I love these pics. Some of the original MM6 faces I don't want to play because they are so ugly. I'd be happy to play any of these, except #11. Small suggestions:

1. ears too pointy--looks like an elf
4. I don't mind girlish, but this one actually looks like a girl--maybe replace 11 with this one?
5. The hairstyle is a bit odd. I would go with either close-cut and natural or completely shaven.
6 and 10. too yellow, need to be a subtler shade to look natural
11. This one looks like a plastic Barbie doll (not a real person)

Overall this is great work, and I am looking forward to playing the mod (or at least replacing the old uglies with these).

3, 5, 10 and 12 are cool. The rest are not really that great/fitting. Of course this is only my taste. I dunno, there's just something wrong with them, they don't look very anatomically correct or something.

One of my favorite parts about MMVI was that every single portrait in the game was a super cheesy pseudo realistic 2D sprite, as opposed to what they did for MMVII and VIII. Not a fan of yours I'm afraid. They all are ugly.

Everyone has got different taste but I can see a tendension - 4, 10, 11.

From an artistical point of view, I think you are doing a great job. Personally, I don't like the faces you make because I find the faces looking vacant as models in a fashion show. Maybe for your next project, you should rather use some faces of good looking actors/actresses as models?

You can use "mm7view" to change character portraits and paperdolls in icons.lod. I am currently playing the mm7-maestro mod with a guy from mm6 (His facial expressions are sometimes strange but it's also funny), the maestro girl pc05 (I put her into icons.lod as pc11 or pc12 to "make her an elf") and two original mm7 characters.

Well, this is you and BDJ's mod I'm just helping but I'm curious why you made non-European character's? I'm not saying this as a racist thing just that from what I understood this mod was supposed to be from Medieval European times, you have black/asian character's and even a he/she, that one guy looks like he belong's in a gangster rap video, just my opinion, like I say it's your mod.

Is it possible to take pictures of actors and change them a little? It would nice to have Arnold and Jet Li, Angelia etc in there.

=) Someone likes to create politicians =)

But they will look too glamorous for such game as the MM6-redone...even too goofy when they will wear such tasteless wear...
