Offcourse but i don't know yet wat but it is a Lich(wizard power like) so it will have some sort of strong magic.

The rabbit lich's special ability resides in its ability to grow and propel bone towards the unfortunate.
And/or you said glowing eyes, well why not make it so the glowing eyes, are its weapon, its eyes eyes flash brightly which causes blaster fire, instant death or a fireball, or a lightening bolt....

well that isn hard too do but depence i think how strong it is.
