Assuming that you have loaded the patch the 'corrects' the Zombie Rat 'summons', IMHO, the random Deja crashes are due the Harpies summoning the Dragon Flies. I have taken both summonings out of my game files and have never had a single crash in Deja since doing so.

You want to say that harpies and dragonflies are still buggy? :ill:
Ok. I'll correct them too.
But problem such as game crush in inventory - I had this when experimented with music and sound. I played Deyja with dragonflies and everything was quite well. 8|

Hmm sounds reasonable for me, I see harpies summon fireflies, but thought that this should be in that way. As far as I know Deyja is the only map with harpies, that could be the reason why the other maps work correct. But sometimes the game crashes for no reason even the original, but in this case it seems for me abnormal.

Well, I play with disabled 3D sound, because your try to patch mok's patch doesn't work for me, you know. Therefore the problem should be somewhere else, also the other maps work correctly so it must be something with deyja and yes I play with the new patches. Before somebody ask I know how to install them. ^^

If you look closely at the photo, you'll see an Obsidian Gargoyle who has just summoned a Behemoth who is falling to the surface! If you attempt to cast a spell after the Behemoth has been summoned, the game freezes.

Fix? Get rid of the summon capability of the Gargoyle.

Funny that the game engine replace all problem summons with behemots :D

Ok. I'll fix it.
Mountain Troll:
Now they will not have ability to use uncountios status and cast rock blast only E1 but with 15% chance. It won't be so critical as a previous version of them.
Harpy:
Whitch will reduce bolt cast to 30%.
And do not have dragonfly summon.
Queen will have 20% haste spell and 20% stoneskin
Obsidian Gargoly:
No summons but will have E4 Blades spell with 15% chance.
Zombies:
No summons but a little stronger.
Ghouls:
The same as a zombies.

Anything else?

If you look closely at the photo, you'll see that Robert The Wise appears three times, once in the foreground and twice in the background! He has been summoned by the Vampires. The same thing occurred in the Wine Cellar.

When this occurs in The Pit, it eventually freezes the game.

I'm not sure if all Vampires produce Robbert, or just the Nasferatu, but I've removed **all** Vampire summoning to clear up the problem.

It became more interesting and interesting!
Now we've got blaster guy instead of monsters :D
I guess they must summon bats but didn't :disagree:
When I used some summons to necromancers...they've summon someone invisible - maybe same monsters but invisible :hoo:

Is there someone else who needs to fix Robert Problem with a patch?

Yes, please! It's very kind of BDJ to leap ahead and clear all these land mines before the rest of us get there. I haven't had much time to play lately so I'm still back in Tatalia on the first courier quest, but I intend to play through the whole game. The ongoing patches are very helpful.

On a side note, I finally found a shield made out of a clay golem's torso, and the description is very funny.

May affect some other monsters. I do not backup old MONSTERS.TXT. I fix them into the game when have reports about bugs. Be sure that you do not meet these monsters before or it won't work till reset of the map.

It's me or the dark elf lady(the one with the blue square problem), when equipping a morningstar mace(2d5+8), it appears inher wrist and not in her hand?

This problem is with more items.
It is paper doll mistakes! Arm is separete sprite to use it to cover equiped weapon (illusion of grabbing).

You see - original paper dolls were alittle wrong scaled - had very taper chests and big arms.



When I changed it - problems appears
I think it is not that easy to make complete new paper dolls.

Just downloaded all the patches and will restart my game. A note on the Courier Guild quest issue I found earlier... the original quest giver is still out in Deyja with a Courier Delivery "topic" for discussion, but nothing happens when you click on it. Credit for the fourth quest was given even though I'd never talked to her.
