Yeah, I've never seen such texts, even with the MM7Viewer. If anything, Welnin should be north of Harmondale (its capital is in the middle of Mosswood, and this map puts Harmondale further southeast).
As for why Welnin's not on my map, well... Faruk Welnin wasn't born by the time its relevant game was to take place

^ just found out that the healing temple is named "Welnin Cathedral"
therefore as player controls a group of "Honourable" lords of Harmondale, it is up to player which nations will player aligns to.
and "Neutral" faction is in fact "Welnin" right?
