Its posible to download a patch for mm7 to make appear the lich jars to become lich ?

I believe you can also find the jars in a chest in Thunderfist Mountain or you can use an Save Game Editor to give your character the jars in their inventory.

Even tho i finished MM7 numerous times, i never had problems with the LichJars not apearing ... Maybe i had higher luck stats.

I can't remember all the details, but it's a well known bug.

They don't appear if you get the Soul Jars from Mount Nighon before them, I think. The Lich promotion quest should therefore be completed before getting the Soul Jars.

I don't think so. I guess (also checked but must confirm with more tests) that if you leave Walls of Mist during searching for Soul Jars, chest with them will simply respawn and these items will be lost.
Order with you completed quests for Lich and Thunderfist Mountain doesn't matter.
