Previous lurker seeks help! I have recently tried to load MMVII (after playing thru MMVIII and loving it) - but to no avail!
I keep getting the message that MMVII has to close whenever I try and load it.
My old PC could run it no problem but I noticed when I was installing it on this one (Athlon 2600; 512mb RAM; Nvidia MX440) that it failed both the CPU and the Direct X tests (even tho I have Direct X9.0). I tried opening up M&MVIII (that's still on my PC) and that works no problem.
Is there a patch or something I don't know about or is it because I'm running Windows XP?
Can anyone help me kick Kreegan butt? I'm looking for four brave adventurers (preferably a dwarf; an elf and a couple of humans) who have, say, 3HPs each...
