[lore] Is the continent Enroth a landed nacelle?

Replayed MM6 recently, obvious question comes to mind, given the Tomb of VARN is a thing. Is the planet Enroth just like Terra, in that various nacelle worlds have been landed on its surface?

Enroth, just like Terra or Axeoth, are planets. Only VARN4 and CRON from MM1-2 are nascelles. XEEN from MM4-5 also WAS a nascelle but it was unificated into a planet.
As for Tomb of VARN below Dragonsand - it landed there, same as some VARNs landed on planet Terra and became its islands. However, unlike isles of Terra, Tomb of VARN isn't an island/a continent itself - it's just a spaceship buried under land.

Well from what I gleaned from the lore text, it was supposed to be some sort of huge ship carrying lots and lots of colonists, so I thought it maybe was a nacelle or something.
