help with mm8!!

Hi guys, this is my first post here (I ususally don't do the whole forum thing, but this forum looks quite cool), and my problem is that my save games are messing up. When I try to save a game, the screen goes grey for about 5 minutes and the game crashes. Also, when I tried to load the autosave, which is what I'd been using to get by, the game just played the movie you get when your party dies over and over again.

Help!

Is there a patch I need to download to get rid of this problem? Has anyone else had this problem?

I don't think I've heard of that problem, but you could try out Mok's patch which you'll find linked to in here. It's unofficial, but it could perhaps fix your problem.
