MM6 - Prismatic Light. Where to get it?

I've been trying to get my hands on the Light spell "Prismatic Light", but after trying to repeatedly re-enter the Light guild in Silver Cove, looking for it, I'm beginning to suspect that it can't be bought there.
Googling it turns up a million places containing the description of what it does, but apparently nobody thought of ever mentioning how to get it.

Anyone know where the spell can be gotten?

In the Blackshire.

Yep, and Blackshire is also where you get the more powerful dark spells as well

Yep, appropriately, I discovered the Adept Light Guild in Blackshire a few minutes after posting here. (for some reason it's always like that. look for ages, then once you post on a forum, you find it 2 minutes later )

And yes, I knew there was a Dark Guild there, I just never noticed there was also a Light guild there. I thought there was only one Dark and Light guild in the game. Come to think of it, is there a second Dark guild as well (possibly a weaker one)? I've only seen the one in Blackshire so far.

Should be in White Cap.
