MM3-4-5 Shortcut keys

The manuals don't mention any of the shortcut keyboard commands that can replace mouse action.

Where can I find them?

And how do I quit the game/exit to dos?

You can do that by trial and error And you can quit by pressing the gem in the middle, between the swords.

Also just found out you can quit in MM2 by typing Ctrl-Q.

Any way to quit in MM1 ?

S = shoot arrows
C = cast a spell
R = rest
B = bash down a potential secret wall in front. If there's nothing there, you
go forward
D = dismiss someone from your team
Q = quick snapshot of party status
M = view current auto-map
I = inventory of time, spells, etc.
V = view what Corak has to say

F1-F6 = look at player

I always go to the tavern, then press Esc and it throws me into the starting menu. From there, I just kill the process.

There are several more hand-to-hand battle keyboard commands:
C - cast spell (as usual)
A - attack with equipped weapon
U - use inventory items or re-equipping
R - attempt to run to a safe place
B - attempt block next attack
