dungeon hero mod for 1.3

With the increase in SP costs with patch 1.3, i thought adjusting the warlock starting stats might assist with that a bit.

so, I'm making a mod to change them from:

to:

comments welcome.

tests so far look positive; less need to retreat to the castle every day, a bit more flexibility in combat.

if one is lucky enough to get the elemental waistband as a starting bonus, you can use it right away rather than having to wait until you get a knowledge point, or build that knowledge booster.

at level 10, the stats look far better balanced.
