H5 Mod: Creature Abilities detailed

There has been a number of complaints from people who wanted tooltips to explain what such or such creature ability does.

Well, Davinov (his website: http://davinov.free.fr/patch5/readme.htm) made a Mod which replaces the name of the Ability (i.e. Shooter) with a complete description (Shooter: This creature can attack from afar). Except he did that in French, but don't worry, i translated it for you.

As i am not a native english-speaker, and did this tedious job at night, it is extremely likely that there are a number of typos, grammar mistakes, or just that some of my sentences and descriptions could be made better.

So, if you download and use this, i would like you to post, in this thread, what you think should be changed, and by what.

Exemple:

Replace:
Shooter: This creature can attack from afar.
With:
Shooter: This creature can attack from a distance.

That's it, once again, thanks for Davinov who is at the origin of the mod (the idea is his, the realization is his, i did nothing but translating, except for a few things like listing the spells available to the creatures, etc).
Also, thanks to www.heroesofmightandmagic.com, i used some of their descriptions, some literally, some not.

Thanks Gus. Below is a compilation of yours and Davinov's work:

Acid Breath Creature damages not only its target, but also a unit directly behind it.
Aura of Magic Resistance Increases the Magic Resistance of all surrounding creatures by 30%.
Battle Dive Creature leaves the field, and will perform a diving attack on the selected tile, inflicting double damage against the creature occupying this tile (friend or foe). This attack takes place when the creature would have taken its next action, and cannot be retaliated against. After the attack, the creature will return to a randomly chosen square on the battlefield. Activated ability.
Blinding Attack In addition to normal damage attack has a chance to cast Blind on the target. Lasts for two turns.
Bravery Creature always has a minimum Morale of +1.
Call Lightning Creature can cast a Lightning Bolt on the target. Damage is 30 per creature in the stack.
Chain Shot Creature's ranged attack damages the selected target, and carries on to the nearest target. It hits three additional targets total, dealing half the previous damage at each iteration. Inferno creatures are not affected.
Cursing Attack With each attack, creature casts Weakness on the target.
Dash When using this ability, the creature loses its current turn, but doubles its initiative for the next three turns.
Deadly Strike Each attack has a 25% chance to instantly kill half the units in the target stack.
Death Cloud In addition to normal damage, the ranged attack creates a 3x3 Death Cloud centered on the target. All non-Undead creatures in the cloud take damage.
Double Attack Creature attacks twice. Enemy retaliation takes place after the first attack.
Double Shot Creature fires two shots at the enemy instead of one.
Elemental This creature is not alive. Immune to Poison-, Blind-, and Mind-related Magic. This creature cannot be healed by a First Aid Tent, nor can it be Resurrected.
Energy Channel When in a Hero's army, this creature reduces the casting cost of spells by 25% for the Hero.
Enraged This creature's Attack stat increases for every friendly stack which dies during combat.
Entangling Roots When the creature hits an enemy, it entangles it, preventing it from moving. The creature can entangle several enemies, and this lasts as long as there's a contact between the creature and the enemy.
Explosion Creature damages all creatures around itself, friend or foe, but not itself. Activated ability.
Fear Attack There's a chance that the target of the attack will try to run away from the creature, losing its retaliation and its initiative. This doesn't affect creatures immune to Mind-related spells.
Fire Breath Creature damages not only its target, but also a unit directly behind it.
Fire Shield When attacked in melee, this creature's Fire Shield inflicts part of the damage inflicted to the attacker.
Flyer This creature can fly over obstacles.
Fright Aura Reduces by three the morale of all units within three tiles of the creature.
Harm touch Creature lifts all the positive magical effects on the target, and kills one creature. Activated ability.
Immunity to Blind Creature cannot be blinded.
Immunity to Earth Earth Magic cannot harm this creature.
Immunity to Fire Fire Magic cannot harm this creature.
Immunity to Ice Ice Magic cannot harm this creature.
Immunity to Lightning Lightning Magic cannot harm this creature.
Immunity to Magic Creature cannot be the target of spells, friendly or not.
Immunity to Mind Control This creature is immune to mind-affecting spells.
Immunity to Slow This creature is immune to the Slow spell.
Incorporeal Physical attacks only have 50% chance of succeeding against this creature.
Jousting Creature gets a 10% bonus to damage for every tile covered during attack.
Large creature This creature takes 2x2 squares on the battlefield.
Large Shield Creature takes only 50% damage on ranged non-magical attacks.
Lay Hands Creature can heal allies. Activated ability.
Life Drain Creature can drain the HP of its target to restore its own health, even resurrecting killed creatures. Life drain is half the inflicted damage.
Lizard Bite When this creature is next to an enemy creature, and that creature is being attacked by an ally, it will bite it, inflicting half the regular damage.
Magic Attack Shooter hits all creatures in the line of attack, allies and foes alike.
Magic-proof 50% Damage inflicted by spells to this creature are reduced by 50%.
Magic-proof 75% Damage inflicted by spells to this creature are reduced by 75%.
Mana Destroyer Creature destroys part of the enemy Hero's mana at the beginning of combat. Mana destroyed is 1 point per 4 creatures.
Mana Drain Creature can drain the mana of its target to restore its own health, even resurrecting killed creatures.
Mana Feed Creature can transfer its reserve of mana to its own Hero. Activated ability.
Mana Stealer Creature transfers part of the enemy Hero's mana to own Hero at the beginning of combat. Mana transfered is 1 point per 4 creatures.
Mechanical This creature is not alive. Morale is always neutral. Immune to Poison-, Blind-, and Mind-related Magic. This creature cannot be healed by a First Aid Tent, nor can it be Resurrected.
No Enemy Retaliation Enemy creatures cannot retaliate against this creature.
No Melee Penalty Shooter deals full damage in melee.
No Range Penalty Shooter has no damage penalty for shots made at a distance of over half the battlefield.
Poisonous Attack In addition to normal damage, enemy creatures will be poisoned for three turns. Damage inflicted each turn is eual to the number of attacking creatures.
Precise Shot When attacking at close range (less than 3 tiles from target), the target's Defense is ignored.
Random Caster This creature can cast a random spell at allies (positive effect) or foes (negative effect). Activated ability.
Range Penalty Shooter's ranged damage is reduced by half.
Ranged Retaliation Creature can also retaliate against ranged attacks, provided it can make a ranged attack.
Rebirth Once per combat, this creature can rise from the dead when killed. The number of revived creatures equals the number of killed ones.
Regeneration Creature restores its health by 30-50 HP each turn. This ability can resurrect fallen creatures if the HP gain is enough.
Repair This creature can repair friendly mechanical creatures and war machines. HP repaired is equal to twice the number of creatures in the stack. Activated ability.
Resurrect Allies Creature can resurrect fallen allies (100 HP per creature). Activated ability.
Rider Charge For each tile covered by the creature during the attack, the target's Defense is lowered by 20% (minimum is 0).
Scatter Shot Creature can attack a 3x3 zone instead of a single creature. Damage done to creatures in this zone is half the normal damage. Activated ability.
Shield Allies All friendly creatures located on neighbouring tiles receive only 50% damage on ranged non-magical attacks.
Shield Bash When attacking, this creature has a chance to stun the enemy, causing it to not retaliate and lose initiative.
Shooter This creature can inflict damage from afar
Six-Headed Attack Creature attacks six adjacent tiles.
Spellcaster Creature can cast the following spells: Fist of Wrath (A), Fireball (B), Righteous Might (A), Cleansing (E). Activated ability.
Spray Attack Creature attacks the three tiles in front of it.
Strike and Return Creature attacks and returns to its previous position.
Summon Pit Lords Once per combat, the creature can summon Pit Lords from a dead stack of allies. Each creature can summon up to 2 Pit Lords. The number of Pit Lords is limited by the HP in the stack (120 HP per Pit Lord).
Take Roots When the creature Defends, it gets a 50% bonus to its Defense and Unlimited Retaliation until its next turn.
Taxpayer Gives 1 gold per day per creature.
Teleport This creature can teleport over obstacles.
Three-Headed Attack Creature attacks three adjacent tiles.
Undead This creature is not alive. Morale is always neutral. Immune to Poison-, Blind-, and Mind-related Magic.
Unlimited Retaliation Creature is not limited to one retaliation per turn.
Vorpal Sword Each attack or counter-attack by this creature is guaranteed to kill at least one creature
War Dance Combo Creature attacks all the adjacent tiles. It deals full damage to its target, and half damage to the others.
Warding Arrows In addition to normal damage, each shot has a chance to reduce the target's initiative by 20%.
Weakening Strike With each strike, creature reduces the enemy's Attack and Defense by 2 points each (minimum is 0).
Whip Strike In melee, there's a chance that, in addition to normal damage, the creature will cast one of the following spells: Slow, Weakness, Frenzy. Spellpower for the spells is 3.
