I'm not having luck so far. I was unable to get any e-mail off to the support team, but I did a few google searches and trolled a few forums. I'm having the same problem as saugeen and Bethel. I ran windows update and should have the latest versions of all my stuff, and I installed DirectX 9.0c from game, but alas! No luck, :-\ Anyone with this problem manage to figure it out yet? I really want to play! I suppose I'll be playing Heroes 3 ...
