Hi, I had exactly the same problem as OP: setup.exe does nothing (Windows 10). I finally found the solution here: https://www.reddit.com/r/techsupport/comments/452lyf/32bit_setup_launcher_not_working_on_windows_10/ Skype closed -> setup runs fine.
