Oh, so we're adopting the ol' victorian "it doesn't exists, la, la, la..." stance?!

"From my cold, dead hands!!" - he said. I say... *yoink!*

Charles Carter, better known as Charlton Heston, has died at the age of 84. Best known for his roles in "Ben Hur", "El Cid" and "Planet of the apes", Charlton won an Oscar for his portrayal of Juda Ben Hur in 1959.

Wow that sucks its looking to be a cryptic year isnt it? 84 years old, man he lived a long time. Well I may not have agreed with him but its always a sad day when someone one who stuck to their guns passes away.

Yeah it also sucks when actors/actresses who where the main line stars when you grew up die, almost makes you start watching the calendar. :S

Yeah, but he wasn't a childhood hero dying of old age; he was more a modern-day James Dean.

The world lost an important figure of Freedom when Charleton Heston passed away. Not only was he the head of the NRA, he also marched at one time with Martin Luther King Jr. There was more to the man than many thought of him as.

I didn't like him. Wasn't a very appealing person.
But I didn't exactly want him dead...

Kjell Kristian Rike just died from cancer, aged only 63. Rike was a national icon and one of Norway's best loved sports commentators. His early death signals the end of an era for winter sports, as his permanent partner Jon Herwig Carlsen now will have to team up with a different co-presenter. Several sports have become near synonymous with the voice of Kjell Kristian.

Jim McKay the sports broadcaster here in the US died today of natural causes at age 86. He is best remembered for his opening to the wide world of sports "the thrill of victory and the agony of defeat." Rest easy Jim :rip:

Veldryn 15:15 And Vel found a dirty old jawbone of a walrus and put forth his hand, and took it, and in his unholy rage, he slew thirty four thousand men and children therewith.

Well, i just hate it, and i couldn't believe it, but Isaac Hayes has passed away. You can read about it here. He was a soul legend, and for years he did the amazing voice of chef in South park.

May his soul rest in peace....
